Installation and Wiring

1,The host should be fixed at the convenient place of staff observation

2,The wind speed sensor is fixed on the crane or the tower where is unobstructed. There are no tall buildings between the host computers if the distance is far.

3,After the bolts are tightened, the upper part of the flange plate is welded to the steel structure with weld length of 10mm.

4,The host power cord is three - core plug wire with red positive and black negative.

5,For the host seven-core plug cord, the blue cord is control interlock (normally closed), and yellow cord is control interlock (normally open), black cord is common terminal.

6,The DC plug on the solar panel is connected to the sensor to enter the working status, which is waterproof with mackintosh adhesive tape.

7,When the crane boom is in the horizontal, the sensor will not emit signals. When the boom is lifted about 20 degrees, the power is switched on and the sensor enters into the working status.
