• The code of conduct describes the basic values and rules which are essential for all employees of the OmanSupply in their daily assignments, while dealing with their colleagues, customers, and all other stakeholders. This code of conduct purposes that we, as a company and as employees, act in a law-abiding, ethical, and environmentally conscious manner. These guidelines are not stationary, based on changing social conditions our strategies may be reviewed.

• We believe that the diversity in the workplace positively impacts business and the company will ensure equal employment opportunities. 

• We are committed to make a healthy working environment that enables employees to work without fear and a harassment free workplace to all with regard to any race, caste, religion, colour, ancestry, marital status, gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, ethnic origin or disability.  

• We will extend our resources possible to improve the employability of disadvantaged sections of society. 

• We will encourage local business entrepreneurs and talented youth from socially disadvantaged or from marginalized communities through mentoring and also support jointly to establish technology incubators within academic institutions.   

• Will support to accomplish sustainable Community Improvement Programmes (CIP) through compatible partnerships in the society, encourage our employees in the volunteer services there by sharing their skills and expertise to the community members who are physically challenged.  

• We confirm to acknowledge that our competitiveness is interlinked with the wellbeing of all sections of the Omani society.

• We will not practice or support conscious discrimination in any form like prejudice employment away from applicants belonging to disadvantaged sections of society.

• Our business parameters are always differed from others; in a selection process, if all business parameters being equal, then we will support an individual belonging to a socially disadvantaged section of society.

• We will assist and support aspiring youth from socially disadvantaged sections of society there by providing the required training to become entrepreneurs. 

• We are committed for a clean, safe and healthy atmosphere and shall operate in an environmentally sensitive and responsible manner.

• We will ensure to preserve natural resources there by improving efficiency and reducing wastage and continuously aim towards for a sustainable development culture while making all business decisions. 

• We are keen to support in the protection of national heritage, art and culture including the restoration of buildings and sites of historical importance and the promotion & marketing of traditional arts and handicrafts. 

• We assign our employees in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment through risk assessments, periodic reviews of operational procedures, safe work methods and adoption of new technology.

•  Integrate health & safety procedures and practices into every operational activity with assigned functional responsibilities at all levels for improving and sustaining health & safety performance.  

• We trust in the performance of the matters of its residents in a fair and transparent manner by adopting highest standards of professionalism, honesty, integrity and ethical behaviour.

• We encourage our employees, customers, and other stakeholders to raise concerns or make disclosures when they become aware of any actual or potential violation of our policies that is not reflective of our values and principles.  

• We are committed to operating our businesses conforming to the highest moral and ethical standards, we do not tolerate bribery or corruption in any form and we shall not engage in any restrictive or unfair trade practices.  

• This Code of Conduct sets out our expectations of all those who work with us. We also expect those who deal with us to be aware that these guidelines reinforce everything we do hence, to work with us everyone need to act in a manner consistent with it.
